About Beeline Supplier Network

When you join the Beeline Supplier Network, you will get access to tools that drive efficiency and speed and reduce your operating costs. Beeline Supplier Network offers multiple affordable plans designed to meet the diverse needs of suppliers based on their organization’s size, client base, and API usage. Where to Find Information

You can use the menu on the left to navigate the help site or use the search bar to find articles, switch between different categories, and find the information you need.

Setting Up Your Supplier Network account

  1. Go to Create Account.

  2. You will be asked to provide your email address. Use an email you can send/receive messages from because you will be asked to verify your email.

  3. Provide a password that meets the password guidelines described and click Continue.

  4. Go to your email and click the link (email will be from noreply@services.beeline.com) to verify your email.

  5. Once you have verified your email, you will see a confirmation message. Click go back to Beeline Network.

  6. You will see a message to review the Supplier Network Agreement and Supplier Data Protection Addendum. Check the boxes when you have reviewed the documents and click Continue.

Setting Up Your Supplier Profile details

Setting up your Supplier Profile establishes the Supplier Account associated with your Beeline Supplier Network plan. From this account you will be able to link clients to establish connections and get your API keys to get job postings submit candidates via integrations.

  1. Use the orientation wizard to help build your account profile. Click Build your Supplier Profile.

  2. Complete the information in the About your Company section and click Save Changes. Note: you can add more information via the Manage Additional Information section.

  3. When finished, click Home to get to the main screen of your Supplier Network Account profile.

Setting Up Client Connections

Setting up client connections enables you to see job postings from all your Beeline clients in one view or through your ATS integration.

Setting Up Supplier Directory Profile

*Important! For greatest success, follow the setup directions and complete all sections even if not required. Clients visit the Supplier Directory when looking for new supplier recommendations, so a complete profile is most likely to be found. *

  1. Check your email for an invitation from PARTNERPAGE.

  2. Click Accept Invite.

  3. Provide the requested information including a secure password. Your email and password will be required to login later to make changes to your Supplier Directory Profile.

  4. Click Join Partner Page.

  5. On the Directory Profile confirmation click your Supplier name.

  6. Complete all required sections (they can also be modified later):

    1. Validate your Company Name.

    2. Provide the URL of your Company Website.

    3. Provide a Company Description.

    4. Provide a Company Logo.

    5. Select a primary geographical Location.

    6. Click Save.

  7. Optimize your profile by updating all optional sections. Scroll to your profile and add:

    1. Media: Upload whitepapers, add certifications (diversity certificates, government clearance, initiatives, awards), and add other artifacts you want to use to promote your business

    2. Videos: Upload YouTube videos, Vimeo videos, and videos where your company has been featured/named

    3. Clients: Provided you have permission from your client, you can upload up to 6 logos to show companies you serve today. These do not need to be Beeline VMS users; they can be any company you do business with that you want to highlight

    4. Resources: (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) Please ensure you list your website here – this is important to drive SEO traffic back to your website. List any associated companies or organizations that are part of your business if applicable. You can also link to news articles or assets you have on your website you want people to read/view

  8. When you are done, Click Save.

  9. Your profile will be reviewed, and you will receive an email when it is approved and made public.

Setting up your supplier directory profile requires a Basic, Essential or Ultimate plan subscription. If you do not have a Basic, Essential or Ultimate plan, go to Beeline Supplier Network subscription page to upgrade your plan.

Request Supplier Directory Reviews

When you receive confirmation that your profile is made public, start requesting reviews.

  • Go to your public profile, and right-click on Write a Review, then click Copy Link Address.

  • Send the copied link to your clients, informing them that you created a profile and requesting that they post a review.
