Connecting with your clients
Having comprehensive access to job postings allows you to respond quickly and efficiently to new roles that align with your talent pool. By linking with your Beeline clients, you gain access to all your client-specific data in one unified view and obtain visibility into all the job postings available from that client.
What is a "Connection" in the Beeline Supplier Network?
A Connection represents the relationship between one Supplier Account and one Client Account within the Beeline Supplier Network (BSN). Connections link a supplier’s organization(s) to the Beeline client(s) they serve, enabling streamlined data flow, automated operations, and API-driven data exchange.
How to Establish a Connection?
-
Connections to clients using Beeline Professional are automatically established.
-
Connections to clients using Beeline Enterprise require a one-time Linking process.
To view your list of clients, go to Clients from the left navigation. The Connection Status describes the status of each client, which can be:
- Connected
-
You have successfully linked with this client and can view all relevant data.
- Not connected
-
This client hasn’t yet been linked with and data such as job postings will be unavailable until connected.
You can only connect with your existing clients. You can’t connect with clients you don’t already collaborate with. |
If you are migrating from the old linking process, refer to Client Connections Migration. |
Linking with Beeline Enterprise Clients
Step-by-Step Instructions for Supplier Admins
-
Create or identify a Beeline Enterprise user account under the specific Beeline Enterprise client or OpCo you are linking.
-
You can use an existing user account or create a new one.
-
This user account must exist under the specific Beeline Enterprise client you are linking to—a user from a different client cannot be used.
-
If linking to multiple subsidiaries or OpCos within a client, a separate user account must exist under each OpCo.
Best Practice: Use a dedicated user account for data flow to avoid disruptions if an employee leaves.
Suggested naming format:
BSN_SupplierName_Integrator
Examples:
BSN_Acme_Integrator
BSN_NewCo_Integrator
Avoid using a personal employee account, as deactivating that user will break the connection.
-
-
Log in to your Beeline Supplier Network account.
-
From the left navigation, go to Clients.
-
Click Link Client in the upper right.
-
Enter the URL of the Beeline Enterprise client site (e.g.,
prod.beeline.com/nike
). -
Click Link to initiate the connection.
-
When prompted, log in using the dedicated Beeline Enterprise user account under that specific client or OpCo.
-
Once successfully linked, the client’s status will show as Connected in the Clients list.
Connecting to Subsidiaries & Operating Companies (OpCos)
If a supplier works with subsidiaries or operating companies (OpCos) under a Beeline Enterprise client, a separate connection is required for each sub-organization.
-
Each OpCo connection is managed independently within the Beeline Supplier Network.
-
A separate Beeline Enterprise user account must exist under each OpCo within the client being linked.
-
The Supplier Admin must create a new connection for each subsidiary or OpCo following the same linking process.
-
Each OpCo connection counts separately toward the supplier’s subscription limit.
Additionally, for suppliers working with multiple subsidiaries:
-
A separate Beeline Supplier Network admin account must be created for each subsidiary you are connecting to.
-
Each newly created BSN admin account must connect to a dedicated Beeline Enterprise user account specifically under the subsidiary or OpCo you’re linking.
To link a subsidiary:
-
Create a new BSN admin account using a unique email address. (The email domain can be the same as your other accounts, but the email itself must be different.)
-
Log out of your current BSN admin account.
-
Log in with the newly created BSN admin account.
-
Proceed with the linking process for the subsidiary.
-
This process must be repeated for each subsidiary connection.
-
The main BSN admin account can only be used to connect to one subsidiary—for any additional subsidiary connections, a new BSN admin account must be created.
-
Managing Client Connections
Once a Supplier Admin has linked to a Beeline Enterprise client, all users within the Beeline Supplier Network account will have access to job postings and relevant data from that client.
To view linked clients:
-
Go to Clients from the left navigation.
-
The Connection Status for each client will display as:
-
Connected – Successfully linked, and data is accessible.
-
Not Connected – Data is unavailable until the connection is established.
-
If you made a successful connection but it still says Not Connected, give it a few minutes and refresh the page. The linking process usually has a slight delay.
-
-
Best Practices for a Reliable Connection
To ensure uninterrupted data flow:
-
Use a dedicated Beeline Enterprise user account under the specific client or OpCo being linked (e.g.,
BSN_Acme_Integrator
). -
If linking multiple OpCos:
-
Create a separate Beeline Supplier Network admin account for each subsidiary or OpCo using a unique email address. (The email domain can remain the same, but each account’s email address must be unique.)
-
Use separate Beeline Enterprise user accounts for each OpCo connection.
-
-
Do not use temporary or shared user accounts to avoid potential disruptions in service.
-
If a linked Beeline Enterprise user account is deactivated, the Supplier Admin must re-link using a new Beeline Enterprise user account.
Managing Multiple Supplier Organizations
Suppliers with multiple organizations or operating companies can structure their accounts in two ways:
-
Separate Supplier Accounts – Each organization operates as an independent Supplier Account, each on a separate Beeline Supplier Network plan.
-
Linked Supplier Accounts – All sub-organizations are linked to a parent Supplier Account, sharing a single Beeline Supplier Network plan.
Regardless of the approach, each relationship between a supplier organization and a client requires a separate Connection, and each Connection counts toward the supplier’s subscription plan limit.
Linking with Beeline Professional Clients
Beeline Professional clients are automatically linked with your supplier account.
To confirm the connection, check that the Connection Status is Connected
.
If a client you expect to see is missing from the Clients list, contact support.
Connection Limits by Subscription Tier
BSN packages define how many Connections a supplier can establish:
Essential Plan: 10 Connections
Ultimate & Higher Plans: Up to 100 Connections
Understanding Connections and the Linking process is critical for suppliers to maximize efficiency, automate workflows via APIs, and manage multiple clients effectively through BSN.
