User Roles and Permissions

The Beeline Supplier Network supports role-based access control to ensure that users only view and interact with data relevant to their responsibilities. The available roles include:

Admin

Full access to all features and data within the Supplier Network account, including:

  • Job postings

  • Candidate submissions

  • Assignments

  • Timesheets

  • Expenses

  • Invoices

  • User management

  • API credentials

Recruiter

Access limited to sourcing-related functionality. Recruiters can view and manage:

  • Job Postings

  • Candidates

  • Workers

Back Office

Access limited to spend management and operational areas. Back office users can view and manage:

  • Workers

  • Timesheets

  • Expenses

  • Invoices

Only users with the Admin role can manage user permissions, generate API credentials, and configure client connections.
