What is the Rate Intelligence Tool?

Beeline’s Rate Intelligence Tool in BSN is a bill rate benchmarking intelligence tool available in the Beeline Supplier Network that gives suppliers visibility into the same market rate data customers see in the VMS sourcing flow. The tool is powered by Beeline’s proprietary, bill rate benchmarking engine designed to deliver percentile-based rate intelligence (25th, 50th, 75th) for contingent workforce roles in the US, Canada, and India with plans to expand globally in 2026.

Rate Intelligence is powered by the same market rate model that supports rate insights within the Beeline VMS sourcing flow. This means you now have visibility into the same type of rate intelligence customers may reference during hiring.

Benchmark Bill Rates with Confidence

View:

  • 25th percentile (lower range)

  • 50th percentile (median)

  • 75th percentile (upper range)

Benchmarks are available by:

  • Job title

  • Location (city, state, or country depending on data availability)

  • Standardized level (Entry, Intermediate, Senior, Expert/Lead)

  • Client industry

How it works

Rate Intelligence is powered by aggregated and anonymized Beeline Enterprise assignment data.

Data Scope

  • Assignments started within the last 12 months

  • United States, Canada, and India

  • Contingent labor assignments

  • Bill rates only (normalized to hourly)

Confidence Thresholds

Benchmarks are displayed only when the following criteria are met:

  • At least 15 assignments

  • At least 3 distinct customers

  • Data within the last 12 months

How to access

In your Supplier Network account, if you are a user within a plan that has access to Beeline Rate Intelligence (a Pro/Max subscriber or a standalone subscriber), you will be able to access the tool from the BSN homepage or through the menu in the left column.

  1. In the Job Title search field, begin typing to find and select the role you want to analyze.

  2. If needed, you can refine your results using Industry, Country, and State filters.

  3. Click View Rates to see market data for the specific role.
