How to I get Access to API

Be a Supplier Network at Basic, Essential or Premium Tiers.

Generate API keys at /supplier/admin-settings/api-credentials

Password Reset

You cannot retrieve a password. The login page provides a link to reset the password.

Supplier User Left the Organization

If user has left the organization, and you are not able to access the supplier network, create a ticket stating the name of the organization, the email address of a user to be removed and the email address of the user to be added. If the email address of the user to be removed is valid, then the user to be added will be invited to create their account.

What are the tiers in the supplier network

The supplier network membership is offered in four tiers. Details of the tiers and the offerings in each tier are described here

Connection to Beeline Enterprise failed.

This will show the status as Not Connected on the Clients page.

Unable to see the requests or Job postings in the ATS

  • Ensure that your network membership tier in the Supplier Network is Basic, Essential or Premium.

  • Do you have a valid linked account? To check valid linked accounts, https://gwg.cloud.utmost.co/supplier/clients

  • Has the request or job posting been released to you in the Beeline VMS?

  • If all the above are valid, raise a ticket.

I had connected my Beeline Enterprise account and now the system is showing Not Connected.

Check your credentials by logging directly into Beeline Enterprise. If you are able to successfully login, then delete your entry in the Clients page of the Supplier Network and re-establish connection
